Cancellations and Returns Policy
Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement.
In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at pick-up time. In all other regions, replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item has been picked up. Please check the SMS and email sent for your replacement request for more details.
No, sellers will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller’s return policy.
You can request a return of your items with these simple steps:
- Log in to your Sastacart account.
- Go to My Orders
- Click ‘Returns’ next to the item you wish to return or exchange
- Fill details and place withdrawal request
Once you request, you will get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Depending on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will receive a replacement or refund. You can instantly track the status of your return request from the ‘My Orders’ section of your Sastacart account.
A greyed out and disabled ‘Cancel’ button can mean one of the following:
- Item has already been delivered
